Zechs Marquise create their own musical universe of psychedelic funk, jazz fusion, progressive guitar work, electronics and intricate instrumentation. The flow never ceases, abrasive, harsh drums never leave you alone and accompany powerful frantic guitar riffs that have the Rodriguez-Lopes-dna all over them. Yes! Three members of the band are brothers from that crazy Mars Volta guitarist! While sounding very up-to-date, Zechs Marquise also hints to old disco and latino aspects.
